FAST : Disable User Authentication

We can disable user authentication in the FAST ESP administrator interface by completing the steps in this procedure.

1. Open $FASTHOME/etc/guiConfig.php
2. Set the following parameter:
$ADMINGUI_PHP_AUTH_DISABLED=True;
